1. Unboxing Video Required
To claim a replacement or refund for a damaged or defective item, you must record a clear, continuous unboxing video as soon as you receive the package. Without an unboxing video, our courier and warehouse cannot accept liability.
2. 7-Day Window
Issues must be reported to shopsi76ss@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Used or maliciously damaged products do not qualify for returns.
3. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or order the wrong product variant. Please double-check your order before checking out.
4. Processing Time
Refunds to your original payment method (Cashfree UPI/Cards) typically take 3-5 business days to process once approved.
